I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience helping individuals navigate life transitions, heal from emotional pain, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I began my career as a school counselor, which allows me to connect especially well with adolescents and young adults. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow and create meaningful change.
Our first session focuses on building comfort, trust, and understanding your goals. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain. There’s no pressure — just a supportive conversation in a safe, welcoming space.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and strong clinical skill to every session. My trauma-informed, client-centered approach blends evidence-based practices with empathy and collaboration, helping clients feel understood while developing real-life coping skills, emotional insight, and lasting change.
I work best with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. My ideal clients are open to self-reflection, motivated to grow, and seeking meaningful change, healing, and emotional stability in their lives.

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw on various theoretical frameworks to best meet the needs of my clients. I am comfortable with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as it’s effective for addressing negative thought patterns and behaviors. I also incorporate aspects of Person-Centered Therapy, which allows clients to feel heard and validated while working through their concerns. I find that using an eclectic approach allows me to be more adaptable and responsive to the unique needs of each individual.
