New to Grow
I'm a therapist who creates a space where clients can slow down, get honest with themselves, ad start making sense of what's been weighing on them. Whether its anxiety, depression, or feelings emotionally stretched thin, I help clients cut through the noise and get to the root of what's actually keeping them stuck. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and guide them in developing healthier ways of thinking and coping. My style is supportive, but also honest and direct. I believe growth comes from both feeling seen being challenged. The impact of our work together goes beyond symptom relief. Clients often leave with a stronger sense of self- awareness, better emotional regulation, and confidence to make decisions that align with the life they actually want to live.
In your first session, we'll focus on getting a clear understanding of what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, your background and any patterns you'e noticed in your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. There's no pressure to share everything all at once! This is a space to go at your own pace. Most importantly, you can expect honesty, support, and a clear direction. My role is not just to listen, but to help you start making sense of things and take the first steps toward real change.
I believe in bringing balance, structure and realness. I'm not just offering a space to vent but actually helping you understand what's going on beneath the surface and give you clear and practical ways to shift. Clients can expect to walk away with more insight. You leave with language for what you're experiencing, tools you can actually use daily, and a stronger sense of control over your thoughts and emotions. Over time, that shows up as less overthinking, better emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more confidence in how you navigate life.
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to take an honest look at themselves and do the work, even when it feels uncomfortable. They're often high-functioning on the outside but internally dealing with anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that no longer serve them. Many of them are used to being "the strong friend," yet are craving a space where they don't have to hold it all together. They value growth, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, and they're open to structure and practical tools. Not just venting but actually changing. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or identity shifts and looking for clarity, accountability, and real strategies moving forward. They're not looking to be saved but ready to be challenged, supported, and guided as they become more intentional about the life they're creating.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge cognitive distortions, and develop more balanced, realistic perspectives. I integrate practical tools and structured interventions that clients can apply in their daily lives, empowering them to build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful and lasting changes.
