As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey, I bring over a decade of dedicated experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma recovery, and grief counseling. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in various behavioral health settings. I enjoy making connections, building a rapport, and seeing goals turn into reality.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in cultural sensitivity and personal empowerment. I understand that healing is a unique journey, and I strive to create a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for growth. I will get to know you and learn about your history and goals in order to help you navigate your future. We will establish expectations for moving forward through this process.
I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each individual's lived experience and identity. Whether you're struggling with stress, processing past trauma, or seeking support through life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine understanding and professional expertise. I like to use a solution-focused, client=centered, conversational style approach with my clients.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to uncover their inherent strengths and resilience. My goal is to support you if you need to understand your emotional patterns, build coping skills, and/or move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I have known I needed therapy for a long time but never did, then I came across Grown and came across Brandis profile. She looked warm and I felt a connection that I had not experienced before so I signed up. And after today I know I made the right decision!
