New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist who helps moms navigate the emotional challenges of motherhood, including postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, and relationship stress. With compassion and a trauma informed approach, I create a safe space for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered. You don’t have to do this alone- therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded. I’d be honored to support you on this journey.
In our first session, we’ll take things at your pace. It’s your chance to share what’s been weighing on you and what’s brought you to therapy- no pressure, no need to have it all figured out. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your story, and we’ll begin to explore your goals together. My priority is making sure you feel safe, seen, and supported. The first session is really about building comfort and connection- because therapy works best if you feel truly understood.
As both a therapist and a mom, I bring not only clinicial training but real life understanding to the work I do. I’ve supported countless women through the ups and downs of motherhood- postpartum anxiety, identify shifts, relationship strain, and everything in between. My experience in maternal mental health, combined with my compassionate, grounded approach, helps clients feel understood. I meet you where you are, without judgement, and walk with you toward healing and balance.
You’re a devoted mom who’s always trying to keep it together- but underneath you feel drained, anxious, and you’ve lost a piece of yourself. You love your kids, but you might missing feeling like you. My clients often say they are tired of pretending that they’re okay. If that sounds familiar you aren’t alone and you don’t have to stay stuck.
I use cognitive behavior therapy to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and we work on developing more balanced thinking and coping strategies. This approach empowers clients to make meaningful changes in how they respond to life’s challenges.
