About me

Welcome! I believe therapy is a place to heal from past hurts, learn healthy behaviors, and recognize the strength you have to feel whole. The past 14 years I have had the pleasure to work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Choosing to seek help is a big step, and it is important to find the right therapist for you. It is my goal to provide a kind, compassionate atmosphere for you to feel comfortable. My practice is a place for those who seek refuge from stigma, which includes but is not limited to, LGBTQIA2S+, kink, ethical non monogamy, and sex worker communities.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen closely to your needs, concerns, and goals to understand how we can work together to create the change you're seeking. This session is also an opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and ensure you feel comfortable with the process as we begin building a strong, collaborative relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is my ability to support my clients. I believe it is imperative for you to feel heard and accepted in treatment. You have to feel safe with your therapist to create change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

LGBTQAI+, ethical non-monogamous, kink friendly, PTSD, spiritual abuse survivors, relationship issues, and sex/intimacy needs. Anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My treatment methods

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy that addresses sexual concerns, intimacy issues, and relationship dynamics in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. At ASK Wellness, I integrate sex therapy into my practice to help individuals and couples navigate challenges related to desire, arousal, performance anxiety, sexual trauma, relationship conflicts, and sexual identity. As a Certified Sex Therapist (CST), I bring expertise in addressing a broad range of sexual health concerns, including those faced by LGBTQIA2S+, polyamorous, and kink-identified individuals. My approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Forward-Facing Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help clients overcome shame, anxiety, and negative beliefs surrounding sexuality. I also work with sex workers, survivors of sexual trauma, and individuals in addiction recovery, helping them reclaim their sexual agency and develop healthy, fulfilling relationships. In my sessions, we explore not just challenges but also pleasure, communication, and self-acceptance. My goal is to create a space where clients feel empowered to explore their needs and desires without fear of stigma or judgment. Whether you're experiencing sexual dysfunction, struggling with intimacy, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of your sexuality, sex therapy can provide the tools and insights needed for growth and healing.
