Feeling stuck or ready to take meaningful steps forward? I’m here to help. I’m passionate about supporting people as they work to align their lives with their goals and values. This process can help reduce anxiety and depression, build resilience, and create a fulfilling life that genuinely reflects who they are and what they want. I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate challenging periods in their lives. My therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Professional support can be invaluable, and I strive to provide a collaborative, supportive space where clients can openly explore concerns and work through life’s complexities.
Our first session will feel like catching up with a friend. We’ll cover the basics, such as confidentiality and logistics, then I’ll get a sense of what brought you to counseling and what your goals might be. If you’re unsure about goals, that’s completely fine—we’ll work them out together. The first few sessions are all about laying the foundation and getting an overall view of your life and current situation.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is empathy. In sessions, I genuinely put myself in your shoes to understand what you’re going through. This allows me to offer support, coping strategies, and treatments that align with your goals in therapy.
Feeling stuck yet craving meaningful forward movement is more common than people realize—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help. I’m passionate about supporting people as they work to align their lives with their goals and values. I especially enjoy working with young adults who feel like they’re in a transition phase—about to go to college, preparing to graduate, navigating a recent breakup, adjusting to a move, or simply trying to figure out who they are becoming. These seasons can stir up anxiety, self‑doubt, and even depression, but they can also be powerful turning points. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, clarify the direction you want to move in, and build the skills and confidence to take meaningful steps forward. This process can reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen resilience, and help you create a life that genuinely reflects who you are and what you want

I adore Virginia. She has helped me through so many things in my life. I appreciate her warmth but most importantly her honesty. She shares with me her personal experiences while also isn't afraid to be direct with me or challenge why I think or feel how I do. She is the perfect balance of compassionate and reflective
