I utilized Prolonged exposure therapy for trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Solution Focused therapy and other CBT evidence-based practices.
My specialty is PTSD and sexual trauma. I also work with individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression and workplace difficulties.
