About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who approaches my work from a pragmatic and individually tailored perspective. I focus on helping my clients recognize obstacles and life-patterns that interfere with their well-being and success. I guide clients toward aligning their values and behaviors to chart new and more fulfilling pathways forward. I am broadly trained and use approaches that are called for by each person’s unique history and goals. I work with adults of all ages. My services include individual psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessment. I am trained in the Harvard Hospital System, the Veteran's Administration Hospital System, and the Brenner Assessment Center. I am a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACT!), and the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society. I am a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UCLA, and I obtained my doctorate from William James College.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I will hear, value, and respect your experience; I will always treat you first and foremost as a person, and not as a diagnosis.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adults of all ages; clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or trauma/PTSD; clients diagnosed with autism spectrum or ADHD; older adults; bereavement, cultural issues or issues around race/nationality
