New to Grow
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with teens, young adults, and adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected internally. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or the impact of past experiences that still show up in their day-to-day lives. I help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and compassionate way. My goal is to support you in feeling more in control of your emotions, more present in your life, and more aligned with who you want to be.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal in our first session is to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and any patterns you’ve noticed. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we go at your pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify initial goals and what working together could look like.
One of my greatest strengths is helping clients build insight while also giving them practical tools they can actually use in their daily lives. I don’t just focus on talking things through. I help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and even your body are connected. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, CPT, and interpersonal therapy with somatic and trauma-informed techniques to support deeper, lasting change. Clients often share that they feel both understood and gently challenged in our work together, which helps them move forward in a meaningful way.
I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected internally. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, family dynamics, or the lasting impact of past experiences. They often find themselves stuck in overthinking, emotional burnout, or feeling like they’re constantly “on” and unable to fully relax. My ideal clients are those who are open to self-reflection and curious about understanding themselves on a deeper level. They may already have insight into their patterns but are looking for support in making meaningful, lasting changes. I work well with individuals who are motivated for growth, open to exploring both their thoughts and emotions, and willing to engage in the therapeutic process even when it feels challenging. I also incorporate body-based and mindfulness approaches, so clients who are open to slowing down, building awareness, and connecting with their mind-body experience tend to benefit most from working with me. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and creating a more balanced and grounded way of living.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop more balanced ways of thinking that support emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative and practical, giving clients tools they can apply in their daily lives.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
I use Cognitive Processing Therapy to support clients in working through trauma by identifying and challenging beliefs that may have developed after difficult experiences. I help clients process stuck points related to safety, trust, control, and self-worth in a structured and supportive way. This approach allows clients to make sense of their experiences and move toward healing and empowerment.
Interpersonal
I incorporate Interpersonal Therapy to explore how relationships and life transitions impact emotional well-being. I help clients improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their support systems. This approach is especially helpful for clients experiencing grief, role changes, or relationship stress.
Trauma Informed Care
I approach all of my work through a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing safety, trust, and empowerment. I am mindful of how past experiences may impact a client’s current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel respected, in control, and not re-traumatized during the healing process.
Somatic
I incorporate somatic techniques to help clients connect with how emotions are experienced in the body. This may include grounding exercises, breathwork, and body awareness to support nervous system regulation. By tuning into physical sensations, clients can better understand and release stored stress or trauma.
