I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, OCD, and ADHD. My preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and related evidence-based techniques. My therapy style is one of genuineness and acceptance.
