My goal is to provide a safe space for healing. I prioritize my client’s confidentiality and comfort when providing care to meet their needs. In addition, I treat each client as a unique individual with specific issues and needs. After earning my master’s degree from the University of Southern California, I began my counseling career with the Shenandoah Public School. I also worked as a Crisis Intervention Therapist for two years and as a substance abuse therapist for another two years. After obtaining my couples therapy and sex therapy licenses, I began working with couples.
At my practice, the client will experience a judgment-free environment where they can safely process their struggles and trauma. Establishing a trusting relationship is essential to effective therapy. Therefore, I work with my clients to gain their trust so they can share what’s on their hearts, knowing that I am here to listen and help them overcome their struggles.

Relationships require work, and it is best to seek help to repair them early before things become complex and threaten what was once a loving relationship. I strongly believe in helping couples build a strong foundation at the beginning of their relationship. In this space, I strive to gain an understanding of both individuals’ backgrounds and personal beliefs, allowing for an open conversation about how they work through conflicts. Helping new couples build a strong foundation makes what I do worth it – every day. Some couples need restoration after life’s challenges threaten communication and their ability to get along. I enjoy working with couples to help them restore the joy in their marriage and rebuild their relationship.
I have found that the Gottman method in treating couples trying to rebuild their relationship after an affair and also pre-marital counseling.
This is used for couples who are looking ro reconnect with each other and improve intimacy and communication.
