I am a relational, trauma-informed therapist with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges. My clinical work is grounded in psychodynamic and developmental frameworks, as well as structural family systems theory, and I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions to support both insight and practical change. I also practice through a gender-affirming and sexuality-affirming lens, and I am committed to providing a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, seen, and supported in all aspects of their identity and lived experience. My approach is collaborative, attuned, and focused on helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater emotional resilience and well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will focus on gathering background information in a conversational and collaborative way. We will also discuss the therapy process, including what you can expect from working together. We’ll begin brainstorming goals for therapy based on what brings you in and what you hope to change or better understand. There will also be space for any questions you may have about my approach or the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I take a flexible, client-centered approach to treatment and do not rely on rigid protocols, allowing therapy to be tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and pace. I aim to provide a warm, affirming, and inclusive space where clients of all identities feel respected, seen, and supported. My work is grounded in strong relational attunement, with a focus on building a collaborative therapeutic relationship that promotes safety, trust, and meaningful connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who are open to exploring the connection between their past experiences and current patterns, even if they are still developing insight into how those dynamics show up in their lives. This includes individuals who are curious, reflective, and willing to engage in both insight-oriented work and practical skill-building. My approach is especially well-suited for clients who feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational cycles and are seeking to understand underlying patterns rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction.

My treatment methods

Relational

In my near 3 years of being a therapist, I have utilized relational treatment methods as a central component of my clinical approach. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be an important part of healing and growth, particularly for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and interpersonal difficulties.

Couples Counseling

I utilize integrative and trauma-informed approaches in couples counseling to support partners in improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, and navigating relational challenges. My work with couples is grounded in relational and psychodynamic principles, recognizing that attachment experiences, past relationships, family dynamics, and individual emotional patterns often influence how partners relate to one another.

Family Therapy

I incorporate developmental psychology and a structural family therapy approach to help families improve communication, strengthen relational bonds, and develop healthier interaction patterns. Our work is grounded in relational and psychodynamic principles, with attention to how attachment styles, intergenerational patterns, developmental experiences, and past relational ruptures influence current family dynamics.
