About me

I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families find strength and resilience in the face of life's difficulties. With a background in clinical social work, I have worked extensively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, addressing an array of concerns such as depression, anxiety, and other mood disturbances. I understand that no two individuals are the same, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It's just a regular conversaIn our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and start getting to know each other. No pressure, no rush — just a real conversation. My job is to listen, support, and help you feel a little more hopeful by the time you leave. And if you walk out thinking, “Okay, that wasn’t so scary after all,” — then we’re off to a great start.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is the balance of compassion and clarity I bring to each session. I tailor therapy to fit you — not a one-size-fits-all model — because I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and understood as a whole person.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals and families who are navigating emotional challenges and seeking meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, the complexities of work and life or even developmental disabilities, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. My clients often come to me ready to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and build resilience. They may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to make sense of their experiences. I work especially well with those who are open to self-discovery and committed to personal growth, even if the path forward isn't fully clear yet.
