Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) helps you break unhelpful patterns, manage stress, and build healthier relationships—with real tools that create lasting change. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you break free from unhelpful patterns by showing how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect. Together, we’ll replace negative cycles with healthier ways of thinking and responding—so you can feel more confident, handle stress better, and build stronger relationships. Whether you’re a teen, adult, or couple, CBT gives you practical tools for real change.

Couples Counseling

Do you and your partner feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same arguments? I help couples across Indiana rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore intimacy through growth-focused therapy. My goal is not just to stop the conflict, but to help you create a stronger, healthier relationship where both partners can thrive. I offer convenient teletherapy statewide. Together, we’ll focus on lasting change and deeper connection—so you can feel like a team again.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy helps you stop feeling stuck and start seeing real progress—fast. Solution Focused Brief Therapy is all about moving forward, not getting stuck in the past. Instead of spending months digging into every problem, we’ll focus on your strengths, your goals, and the small steps that can make a big difference right now. Interpersonal

Changes can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. I help people navigating big transitions, whether it’s a career shift, relationship struggles, caregiving, or adjusting to a new season of life. Using interpersonal therapy, we’ll focus on what’s happening right now and how your relationships and connections shape the way you feel. Our sessions are a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. I’m not here to ‘fix’ you—I’m here to walk alongside you, offering practical tools to help you find relief, clarity, and confidence.
