New to Grow
Hi! I'm Jessica, a licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience based in Los Angeles. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating real, lasting change. My work focuses on helping you better understand your internal experiences while developing practical tools to manage intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel difficult to break. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life.
In our first session, we'll take time to get to know you, including what's bringing you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping to change. I'll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your current challenges, history, and goals, while helping you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say, I'll guide the conversation as we begin to make sense of what's going on and start identifying a path forward together.
My greatest strengths include working with individuals as well as the family system as a whole. I have extensive experience supporting children, teens, and families in navigating complex dynamics, improving communication, and creating more stable, connected relationships. I also specialize in anxiety and eating disorders, helping clients better understand their patterns, build coping skills, and develop healthier, more balanced relationships with themselves. I bring a warm, attuned, and collaborative approach while also providing clear guidance and evidence-based strategies for meaningful change.
