New to Grow
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in both forensic and community settings. I’ve worked with individuals facing complex presentations, including trauma and a range of mental health challenges. Through this work, I’ve learned that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe to be themselves, heard, and truly understood. I aim to create that kind of environment in therapy. I combine evidence-based approaches with warmth and openness to provide support that is both effective and grounded in genuine human connection.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means we focus on what feels most important and meaningful to you. I don’t assume what you need—instead, we work together to better understand your experiences and goals. I see my role as a guide, helping you explore patterns, gain insight, and gently move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I believe in a client-centered approach, meaning that you are in the driver's seat for your therapy. I am not here to tell you what you need to change, I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here as your support and guide, but you are the one who will determine ultimately what is right for you. As a provider I am patient, kind, and understanding. I want to provide you a space where you feel like you are not being judged, where you know that you will be supported no matter the challenges you are facing.
I find that the best work is done when the client comes to session and is motivated to improve themselves. However, I know that anyone can come to therapy during any part of their therapeutic journey. With my forensic background, I am used to working with individuals who were resistant to change. I am here to meet you where you are at and will not push you if you are not ready to change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT extensively due to its applicability across different populations and presentations. I find that it is generally a simple concept for most clients to understand and practice in their daily lives, which improves their independence.
Positive Psychology
Our brain processes happiness and pain management differently. Too often we focus on managing out pain but that does little to improve our happiness. I believe in utilizing positive psychology to improve people's self-concept of themselves, which leads to people having more confidence in their ability to care for themselves. I like to focus on gratitude and helping individuals better understand and improve their strengths.
