Life can be messy, overwhelming, and downright hard sometimes—and that’s completely okay. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles, helping them feel more grounded and confident in their lives. In our work together, we’ll take time to understand what you’re going through, explore what matters most to you, and discover practical, realistic ways to move forward. My goal isn’t to tell you what to do, but to work with you—listening, offering options, and supporting you as you work through challenges and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and true to who you are. I bring warmth, compassion, and even a little humor into the process, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
First sessions can sometimes feel intimidating! My goal is to ease any concerns you may have about starting this process. Our first session is all about me getting to know you and you learning what you can expect from me. I will ask questions to help me better understand you, your strengths, your challenges, and what your goals are for therapy. You will also be able to ask me questions, and I will explain my style of therapy. Additionally, we will explore expectations for each of us throughout your therapy process. It's important that you and I both believe I will be the right fit for you as a clinician.
My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to you. I draw from tools like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness, but I always adapt these methods in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your values and goals. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and certified in Financial Social Work, which allows me to assist you in navigating both emotional and practical challenges. In our work together, I want therapy to feel like a safe and meaningful space—one where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to move toward the life you want. Sometimes that means finding strategies to ease the distress you’re experiencing right now, and other times it means gently exploring the deeper roots of what’s been holding you back—your past experiences, relationships, and the beliefs you carry. This combination of immediate support and deeper healing creates room for lasting change, so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to what matters most in your life.
I enjoy working with adults who are ready to make meaningful shifts in their lives after recognizing that their current ways of coping are no longer serving them. I frequently support young professionals, individuals in high-pressure roles, and those navigating complex or stressful relationships. Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning with a desire for a new perspective, I may be a strong match for your needs. Many of the clients I work with are managing multiple responsibilities and searching for more sustainable ways to process trauma, handle stress, and live in a more meaningful way. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck and are open to a fresh way of tackling your challenges, I’d be honored to support you in finding a path that aligns with your values and goals. PLEASE NOTE: I do not currently offer therapy for couples, families, or individuals with active eating disorders or personality disorders.
I use ACT to help you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings, while staying focused on what truly matters to you. ACT provides tools for building flexibility and compassion, and I combine it with other approaches to support healing in a way that fits your specific needs. We’ll focus on making small, meaningful steps since ACT is not about “fixing” your emotions but rather learning to accept them as a part of your experience.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we can explore patterns that might be keeping you stuck and practice new ways of thinking and responding that feel more helpful. I blend CBT with other tools to make sure it fits your goals and feels approachable, not one-size-fits-all.
I use EMDR to help you process and heal from difficult and traumatic experiences in a safe, supportive way. EMDR can be used alone, or I might incorporate it alongside other therapies to support your overall goals. EMDR can be a powerful tool for reducing the emotional charge of painful memories so you can move forward with more ease.
I take a strength-based approach by helping you recognize and build on the resilience, skills, and values you already have. We will focus on what’s working and how you can use those strengths to navigate challenges and create the change you want to see. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported as you overcome life’s challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I always prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration in the therapy space. I’m mindful of how past experiences can shape the way we respond to the present, and I operate with compassion and curiosity rather than judgement. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your needs and strengths along the way.

I really love the idea of creating a plan for therapy in-session and utilizing the plan/tools for outside of sessions.

I've been seeing Jordan for almost seven years. She's seen me through some incredibly tough times and cheered me on through some very exciting moments. I couldn't possibly sing higher praises for authentic style of therapy that is intention focused.
