Welcome! I'm Stephanie Freeman,MSW, LCSW, LCAS. Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. She seems really nice and very helpful. I was pretty nervous about everything, but she made me feel much better by the end.

First time having a therapist I meet with regularly and I can't speak highly enough of Stephanie. She is super easy to talk to, not judgmental in any way, and constantly looking for ways to help. I went from being a little nervous about speaking with someone to looking forward to me sessions each week.

Stephanie created a comfortable space for me to speak openly, which I don't usually do. Very kind.
