I’m a somatic therapist specializing in helping people understand and regulate their nervous systems, especially those who struggle with body awareness, sensory overload, and emotional regulation. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in survival mode without fully understanding why. I’m also a neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist who works with late-diagnosed ADHD, autistic, and AuDHD adults. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work, which allows me to understand firsthand the challenges of sensory overload, overwhelm, and identity shifts that often accompany neurodivergence. I support clients navigating major life transitions—such as adjusting to a diagnosis, rethinking identity, navigating relationships, or making decisions about parenting—along with associated grief, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. I also work with clients processing trauma or grief related to earlier life experiences. My work integrates somatic therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and brainspotting to help clients process stress and build regulation skills. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, seen, and able to reconnect with their body in ways that feel safe and sustainable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We’ll start by getting to know each other and understanding your goals and current challenges. You can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space to share your experiences, including sensory, emotional, or relational struggles. We’ll explore how your nervous system responds to stress and overwhelm and begin identifying strategies to help you feel safer and more regulated. I’ll also explain my approach and the modalities I use—somatic therapy, EMDR, and brainspotting—so you can see how therapy might support your specific needs. The first session is about building safety, understanding your patterns, and collaboratively creating a path forward that meets you where you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I focus on helping your nervous system—not just your thoughts—process stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many patterns clients experience—shutdown, burnout, sensory overload, irritability, or chronic stress—are nervous system responses, not personal failures. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs. Sessions may include somatic awareness, grounding skills, EMDR, or brainspotting, depending on what will help you process experiences safely and sustainably. Together, we work on building regulation, increasing capacity, and navigating life transitions with greater clarity and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of the adults I work with are highly capable, caring individuals who have learned to mask, push through, or care for others while neglecting their own needs. In therapy, we slow down, listen to your body’s cues, and build practical tools for regulation, resilience, and self-understanding. This work can help reduce burnout, increase self-compassion, and create more space for connection, clarity, and rest.
