New to Grow
Welcome! I am a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting people aged 13+ on their journey toward well-being. I provide a compassionate and understanding space where clients can explore challenges, develop valuable coping skills, and build confidence to thrive. My goal is to empower each person to cultivate lasting emotional health and resilience. I enjoy using humor and hobbies to build rapport.
I believe in building strong rapport and identifying a direction for treatment before specific goals are established. Hopefully, our first session is welcoming and fun and the beginning to productive experience.
I like to think of myself as a listener that offers reflection and new perspectives. I enjoy conversation and meeting new people and try to bring that enthusiasm to our sessions.
My practice is rooted in meeting each person where they are, providing individualized support. I foster connections through identifying shared interests and utilizing gentle humor to build rapport. My communication style is intentionally neutral and easy to approach, ensuring clarity and comfort.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is useful for changing negative thought patterns. It is interesting how changing how we think about situations can improve them. We also need to challenge our own internal logic.
