I'm here to help! I specialize in working with adults who are navigating challenges such as addiction/substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and other mental health concerns. My approach is trauma-informed care to where we develop coping strategies for you to utilize. My goal is to provide both support and appropriate challenges to foster growth. I aim to furnish a safe environment to allow you to embrace vulnerabilities.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong, positive rapport, laying the foundation to help you achieve your life goals. My practice is unique because I take an eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that every person is unique and deserves a personalized treatment plan.

I help clients reframe their 'stinking thinking' and help them work through distortions. We learn together ways to silence the inner critic. Challenge. Reframe. Redirect.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use different DBT skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. Between STOP, DEAR MAN, ACCEPT, etc. we learn to act in the Wise mind.
Grief Therapy
The grief process is thick and full of conflicting emotions. We work together through the grieving process with self-kindness and patience.
