In our first session, we’ll start with a brief introduction, then dive into specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in the follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is helping clients adjust to change/life transitions. Change can be very stressful, especially difficult changes. However can also influence personal growth. My goal is to teach my clients how to successfully deal with change which can produce positive results such as an increased sense of self-confidence and strength. The skills taught can better prepare them for their next phase in life.
