Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will be a collaborative effort to ensure that we are a good match for one another. I will spend time getting to know you, and understanding the needs that brought you to therapy; ensuring that I am the right provider to embark on this journey with. We will develop an action plan to meet your goals together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe concrete and lasting change in our lives is achievable. Together, we will begin a journey focused on understanding yourselves, your relationships, and your history. We each have a unique story. Through therapy, that journey of discovery, processing, and integration can help uncover, heal, and reconnect.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have been working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals of all ages for the past 6 years I am familiar with working in a variety of settings and programs including teletherapy, social intervention programs, day treatment facilities, and private therapy centers. I am well versed in teletherapy with children and adolescents, using a variety of mediums to increase engagement.
