Don Chamberlin

LMHC, 4 years of experience

Authentic
Direct
Empowering

I have spent years working with individuals and helping them through addiction, trauma, anxiety and every day troubles. Often co-occurring disorders such as codependency and depression live just under the surface and make it hard to sustain a life of meaning and purpose. When these issues are addressed, true healing is possible. I love to assist people in discovering their true self by working through their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My practice incorporates the behavioral sciences by utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy in order to promote emotional healing and spiritual wholeness. My goal is to provide the client with the coping skills needed to face life's challenges without turning to outside sources.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

we will take time to discuss the problem and get to know each other.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have spent years working with addiction, trauma, and family dysfunction. These areas are my biggest strengths because I myself overcame these issues with the help of therapy and my personal experience helps me to really understand my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with anyone in need. The willingness to seek treatment is the only requirement.
