I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with new parents, peripartum (pregnancy through postpartum) and all types of trauma. I work with individuals from a systemic approach, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also a mother of 3 children and understand first hand the difficulties of managing mental health at various stages of life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will review completed forms, discuss stressors, challenges and focus on your goals for treatment. Getting to know each other and feeling comfortable with your therapist are predicators of positive therapy outcomes. It’s my job to put myself out of a job.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am comfortable listening and supporting clients through their current stressors and processing past traumas. I am insightful and inclusive of patterns a client may need help with both big and small.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting peripartum parents from pregnancy through postpartum. I also specialize in EMDR to help with trauma including birth trauma, fertility issues, childhood trauma, first responder trauma and redirecting negative cognitions.
