New to Grow
I’m a therapist who values authenticity, connection, and collaboration. I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, and I’m passionate about helping people find practical tools and supportive strategies to navigate stress, relationships, and personal growth. I enjoy working with parents and working adults, creating a safe and compassionate space where you can feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and create a safe, supportive space where you can share what’s on your mind. I’ll ask about your challenges, goals, and experiences—especially around stress, relationships, or past trauma—so I can understand what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and I’ll introduce strategies and tools that can help you feel more in control and supported in your day-to-day life. This session is also an opportunity to talk about how therapy works and to begin building a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
I’m someone who really values connection and creating a space where you feel safe to share what’s on your mind. I use practical tools from CBT alongside trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, but I always tailor them to fit your life and experiences. What I enjoy most is helping people notice patterns that hold them back, rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships, and find strategies they can use every day to feel more confident, balanced, and resilient.
I work best with adults who are coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, or the pain of betrayal in relationships and want to rebuild confidence, trust and stability. Many of my clients are parents or working professionals striving to improve day-to-day functioning while juggling multiple responsibilities. I enjoy supporting people who are ready to strengthen resilience, create healthier patterns, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people notice unhelpful thought patterns and find new ways of coping. In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and feel more in control of your daily life.
I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help parents and working adults understand how past relationships may influence their current stress, communication, and connections. In our work together, we focus on strengthening secure bonds, improving balance in relationships, and creating healthier patterns that support both personal and family well-being.
I use a trauma-informed approach to support parents and working adults who are balancing stress from past experiences with the demands of daily life. Our work focuses on creating safety, building resilience, and developing practical coping skills that foster healing, stability, and healthier relationships.
