Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri. I earned my Master's Degree from Simmon's University in Boston, MA and have been practicing for over 4 years. I work with teenagers and adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and self-esteem issues. I have also spent a number of years working as a Medical Social Worker and are able to help clients and caregivers through complex medical journies.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will spend some time on introductions and getting to know one another, beginning that important client/therapist relationship. We will also spend time talking about challenges that you are facing and goals that you want for yourself. This critical session is important for me to develop a plan of action to help you meet your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been a therapist for the past 4 years, you will find that I am empathetic, warm and kind during our sessions. One of my biggest strengths is the manner in which I can pose challenging thoughts in a comfortable way so that my clients begin to see that change is possible.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with both teenagers and adults who are ready to take the first steps into improving their lives. My clients are generally eager to improve but often feel stuck and cannot see a way out. I help them work towards becoming the best version of themselves.
