I believe every mind has the power to adapt, heal, and grow. Therapy is a powerful process that reshapes the brain and creates lasting change in your life. My goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience, I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care to help with stress management, emotional regulation, relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Seeking support takes courage — and it's the first step toward meaningful change. Therapy helps you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and take action. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, confident, and in control of your life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen and heard. Growing up in a blended, multicultural family and living in both rural and urban communities has deepened my empathy and connection with diverse experiences. Validation is a core part of my work and how I build trust with clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Your thoughts and feelings matter, and we’ll take the time to process them fully. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, acknowledge your emotions, make sense of what happened, and work toward acceptance. This process builds insight, reveals patterns, and supports long-term change. I focus on building rapport and providing a balance of support and accountability. Sessions are typically 45 minutes, offered weekly. I may suggest homework or reflection activities between sessions, and I’m available for email or text check-ins.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

I draw from a variety of proven methods — tailored to you and your unique needs — rather than sticking to one rigid framework. At the heart of my work is a strength-based perspective. I believe healing begins by tapping into your natural resilience, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth — not by focusing on what's "wrong" with you. We’ll use your strengths as building blocks to overcome challenges and move forward with confidence and clarity. Depending on your goals, I may blend elements of: CBT, to help you break unhelpful thought and behavior patterns ACT, to support acceptance and self-compassion through mindfulness Trauma-Informed Care, to create safety, understand triggers, and gently restore emotional balance My goal isn’t just to help you manage symptoms — it’s to help you reconnect with your best self, find meaning, and create lasting change from the inside out.
