In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Life is an extraordinary thing but it can also be full of challenges, especially when situations occur that can seem out of our control. My goal is to help you navigate those challenges and begin thriving in your life.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered holistic approach that considers the person’s mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on individual strengths and the resiliency of people to overcome obstacles, I walk side-by-side with people on the path to healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I value your time and trust. Asking for help is not easy. With compassion and cultural sensitivity, I strive to help individuals to build resilience in the face of adversity. It is important to me to meet clients where they are and to provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable addressing aspects of their life that are troubling.
