Hello, my name is Icaro Franco. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I received my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. I'm here to help adults ages 18 to 65 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, and performance anxiety. I also help gay & bisexual men with challenges that are unique to them.
In the first session I like to take time to get to know each other, find out what brings you to therapy, your prior experience with therapy, and your expectations while working with me.
As a therapist I understand the important of human connection when it comes to overcoming challenges many of us have struggled with for years. I like to create a relaxed environment where we can laugh and joke while also getting vulnerable and serious so that you can be fully yourself in session.
I'm passionate about working with people who are ready to make a change in their lives and overcome the challenges that are in their way. I want to help minimize your anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and performance anxiety and help increase your self-esteem.
