About me

My therapy style is always non judgmental, attuned, and integrates active listening as well as unconditional positive regard. In addition, my multicultural personal and professional backgrounds allow me to work with a variety of cultures. Also, I try my best to meet the client where they are and learn where it is they want to be/go in life. This allows me to assist them in accomplishing the aforementioned.

Get to know me

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Oftentimes there are a lot of emotions, beliefs, and attitudes that are in our subconscious that we would benefit from tapping into in order to process and address them effectively.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts, emotions, and behavior are interrelated and influence one another. It’s important to become familiar with this aspect of human nature to gain better self understanding and self regulation.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Accepting where we currently are and that healing, growth, and or change require personal commitment are integral parts of therapy offering life changing benefits.
