In our first session together, we will focus on developing rapport and getting to know each other. During this session, I will begin the assessment process.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities throughout sessions. However, I pride myself on treating the whole person. We will review every aspect of your life and determine how each impacts the other. My most commonly used modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which looks at how your behavior is guided by your thoughts. Did you know worrying about what's going to happen in the future can elicit real time anxiety today? I also utilize Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength as your Clinician is that I ensure you have access to me. I usually respond to all needs and requests within 24- hours. You interact with me your therapist and don't have to worry about communicating with 4 or 5 people the same thing. We are a team, my success depends on your engagement and your therapeutic success depends on me so we are vested in ensuring we establish a positive relationship.
