It is time to dive in and process all those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Together, we will be able to process them, put them in a safe place and find some ways to cope with them by learning to accept that you are the only one that can make the first step to change your difficult and unpleasant situation. Even at some point you feel hopeless, you have the potential to make a difference in your life.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and commitment therapy is a form of psychotherapy, as well as a branch of clinical behavior analysis. It is an empirically based psychological intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies along with commitment and behavior-change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
