Welcome! I’m Kathy Brammer and I have worked as a therapist and counselor for over 20 years, mostly with adolescents and young adults. I believe that it is a privilege to work alongside my clients to help them to cope with difficulties, problem solve, and support them to feel better . In my view, therapy is a kind, supportive partnership, and a source of support and encouragement for every client.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to make sure my clients know my role and what to expect- I work with you, for you, and provide support and guidance at the pace you are most comfortable with. My goal is to create a space that is safe to talk and explore without judgement, and receive respect and unconditional positive regard as we work toward the goals you choose.

In addition to a wide range of experience and training, I pride myself in providing emotionally accesible client focused care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have worked with a wide range of clients and families, mostly adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ptsd and a variety of challenging life circumstances.
