I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I think clients should expect to be seen and heard. I hope to develop relationships where my clients feel safe enough to share experiences and that they also feel supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am open, direct and solutions-focused. I feel that my personal background and experiences offer a unique perspective for change and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients that I work with are challenged with how to work through current circumstances in a healthier way. They may have histories that include trauma and or substance abuse. I also prefer clients who can utilize Talk therapy to work towards solutions for change.
