My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Applying the cognitive triangle to client’s situation to help them understand, how thoughts impact feelings, and feelings impact behaviors. Learning to recognize discomfort in the the body, use grounding techniques, reframe thoughts has been very helpful.

Eclectic

I like to combine several techniques from different modalities in therapy.
