I am a licensed mental health therapist that believes in the power of choice and truth. My hope is to help others discover the best versions of themselves. This is by looking at the problem from a can do perspective. The idea is to look at the strengths you've gained given the life you have lived. Then we are able to take those strengths and utilize them in areas where one might not feel as strong. It's about the ability to speak your truth into existence without fear of how it will be received. This is by building up the self-esteem and/or confidence that you can indeed resolve whatever issues may come your way.

My treatment methods

Reality Therapy

I've used this method of therapy in crisis situations with families, couples and individuals. It is about helping others to look at the situation from a different perspective. Taking strengths from previous experiences and using them to resolve the current areas where one is struggling. It is about the ability to speak your truth with others without fear of repercussions. I utilize the techniques of other modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused that help compliment the work done with Reality Therapy.
