Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I received my master's degree from Northern Arizona University and have been practicing for 18 years. I help individuals with trauma, depression or anxiety reduce symptoms through the community mental health system. I am currently working on my doctorate degree in order to assist patients with chronic medical conditions. I want to help my patients achieve their identified goals to improve their lives!

I have worked in community mental health for years and gained experience with a variety of patients. This has given me the opportunity to gain experience in helping patients meet their goals through a variety of counseling strategies.

I have utilized CBT for depression and anxiety. I have used it with sexual addiction and other addictive disorders.

Mind-body approach

Many individuals experience somatic conditions and the use of mind-body approach helps reduce somatic symptoms.

EMDR

I have used this modality for brief traumas as well as with individuals with significant trauma.

Eclectic

I use the therapeutic approach that is the most effective for the patient's needs.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use solution focused therapy in EAP sessions to help patients complete the issue that brought them to therapy.
