Im a licensed addictions therapy and work with substance abuse and food addiction.I work with patients with anxiety , depression and co- occurrent disorders. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and look forward to conversing with you . We will start with an assessment to gather information from you . As much as you are comfortable sharing .

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We would complete an assessment to assess your needs. We would talk to build a rapport and decide if we would work well together. You will tell me your expectations of your treatment and develop a treatment plan together. We will converse about past mental health history, development history and family history. This is a private space to share what you are considering sharing.
