My experience as a Clinical Social Worker includes clients that faced a myriad of challenges, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, chronic illnesses, cancer and other life-threatening diagnoses, grief, adolescent struggles, issues associated with aging, end of life and access to quality care. If you are going through a hard time, it can help to get your thoughts out about your current challenge or difficulty. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you in this challenging time of your life. Contact me by booking me on my website. I look forward to meeting with you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we will spend time unpacking what matters to you. I have to get to know you to help you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach includes Individualized treatment that caters to the presenting problem; we partner and walk through the presenting storm identified by the client. You are the expert on YOU; I merely help you navigate this part of your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Anyone willing and open: healing from physical pain/injury is often painful or at least uncomfortable. The same applies to mental, emotional and psychological healing. If you are willing to do the work and be uncomfortable, anything is possible.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

In your first session, we will spend time unpacking what matters to you. I have to get to know you to help you. I often employ the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in practice. Your treatment plan will include interventions to help you regain hope, heal and progress through life's difficulties.
