Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland, with over a decade of experience specializing in crisis intervention, grief support, and helping individuals navigate life transitions. I work primarily with college students and adults facing significant changes—such as loss, divorce, or betrayal—and support them in building the coping strategies and self-confidence they need to move forward and achieve their personal goals.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will work together to identify a shared understanding of your goals and needs, while also deciding if we believe we are a good fit for success.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My diverse experience, which includes psychiatric rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and behavioral intervention, uniquely positions me to support a variety of life's challenges and to work with diverse populations. I always lead with empathy and compassion, creating a safe and supportive session where clients can be their most authentic selves. I continue to enhance my training and exposure to new techniques to ensure I am prepared to provide the best support possible.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with college students, young professionals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
