Hi there! I'm Victoria, a licensed independent social worker (LISW) in Ohio. I received my Masters from Case Western Reserve University in 2021 and have been in practice ever since. I identify as a "witchy" therapist in the way that some people identify as Christian therapists. How much we incorporate spirituality in our sessions is up to you. If you are looking to get to know yourself on a deeper level, explore past trauma, or just learn some new ways to care for yourself, you've found the right place!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I want to get to know you! From this information, we can collaborate on a plan to achieve your identified goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strength is being able to identify strengths in other people and form a therapeutic connection with clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have experience working with adults of all ages with life transitions, role changes, trauma, end of life and the anxiety, depression, and grief that can result. I utilize an eclectic toolbox of modalities including mindfulness, somatic therapies, CBT and EMDR to help clients achieve their unique goals.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness based practices are essential in my clinical practice and personal life.

Somatic

Somatic therapies get you in tune with your body. They can provide relaxation and grounding during therapeutic work.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT focuses on changing your thinking patterns that lead to unpleasant emotions and behaviors.

EMDR

EMDR is a go to treatment for any type of trauma and can help you feel more grounded and present.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy can be effective for all kinds of changes or transitions, not just the death of a loved one.
