About me

Feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed? You're not alone, and you don't have to manage it on your own. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in helping people navigate day-to-day challenges, offering collaborative and compassionate support tailored to your needs. Whether you're facing academic pressure, career burnout, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ topics, relationship concerns, or some other work or life challenge, we can explore solutions to create a path forward.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting working relationship. I’ll ask questions to understand what brings you to counseling, your goals, and your relevant background. You're welcome to share at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away. We’ll also talk about what counseling might look like and answer any questions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space and working collaboratively to help you find clarity and direction. I focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies while also holding space for the deeper emotions that may arise. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and appreciated for who they are. I aim to bring a balance of empathy, honesty, and encouragement to each session, helping you build on your strengths and move forward with confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults seeking greater balance, insight, and resilience in their everyday lives. I work well with individuals who want a supportive space to reflect on where they are, clarify where they want to go, and move forward with greater peace and purpose.
