Hello, I am a seasoned therapist who has worked in the field in different entities for the past 18 years. As a therapist, it is my job and duty to help you feel, think and function better. Although I've worked with many clients who had different experiences, I am specially gifted in working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, managing anger, personality conflicts, and building positive relationships. I will use therapeutic models that work for you.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You can expect to feel comfortable. I'm good at helping clients relax and feel comfortable with sharing their story without judgement or blame.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is that I build good relationships with my clients. We keep the lines of communication open work together to reach goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I honestly enjoy working with all clients and helping them reach good mental health status. But, If if had to have a dream client, it would be someone who suffers from anxiety, depression, or a mood or personality disorder.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

EBT, or Emotionally Based Therapy, is a primary therapeutic approach that I use to help clients focus on understanding and process their emotions and it acts as a key component of providing mental health treatment. EBT is used to help clients recognize and understand their emotions, teach clients skills to manage and modulate their emotional responses and to help clients understand how past experiences shape current emotional responses.

Strength-Based

I use this approach to help emphasize identifying and leveraging a clients' strengths, resources, and positive attributes rather than focusing solely on their problems, challenges or deficits. Using this perspective fosters empowerment, resilience, and a more positive outlook on personal challenges. Clients use techniques they are familiar and comfortable with to help them succeed.
