Mike is a Clinical Therapist and Mental Performance Coach, and the Founder of MadeMind Wellness & Performance, a private practice serving adults in Georgia, Illinois, and Washington state. He works with clients to help them build stronger coping skills, emotional intelligence, and personal values—supporting them in creating more fulfilling relationships, careers, and daily lives. With over a decade of experience as a therapist and mental coach, including roles as Director of Mental Performance for the NFL’s Chicago Bears and numerous college sports teams, Mike combines clinical expertise and performance coaching to guide clients through challenges, strengthen resilience, and discover their capacity to thrive.

With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients gently build resilience and self-compassion, learning that it’s possible to live a meaningful and fulfilling life even when challenges or discomfort arise. Together, we focus on accepting life’s difficulties while also creating space for growth, balance, and hope.
