Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll talk about what’s most important to you and start shaping a plan that helps you work toward your goals in a way that feels comfortable and realistic.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist and mental performance coach, I bring a rare combination of expertise in both mental health and performance enhancement. This allows me to help clients not only navigate life’s challenges but also maximize their personal and professional potential. I’ve worked in elite performance environments, including high-stakes business and sports settings, as well as with everyday people from all backgrounds. This experience gives me a deep understanding of how to help you balance the most important aspects of your life while achieving meaningful growth and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with high-functioning adults who want to feel more satisfied in life, manage anxiety, navigate difficult transitions, and explore their identity. Together, we focus on improving emotional intelligence, building practical coping skills, and strengthening your confidence so you can face life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. If you want to leave behind unhelpful habits, live according to your values, and create a life that feels fulfilling, I can help guide you toward those goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I can help you gently uncover the unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs that may be weighing you down. Together, we’ll work on building new, healthier ways of thinking that support your growth, resilience, and hope—so you can begin to feel more empowered and confident in your daily life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I work alongside you to strengthen the connection between your mind and body. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and I’ll guide you in learning simple, practical tools you can use in real time. These strategies can help you feel more steady, manage overwhelming emotions, and find greater balance in your everyday life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients gently build resilience and self-compassion, learning that it’s possible to live a meaningful and fulfilling life even when challenges or discomfort arise. Together, we focus on accepting life’s difficulties while also creating space for growth, balance, and hope.

Multicultural

I know that navigating multicultural challenges can feel overwhelming at times. In our work together, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly understood and valued. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident as you face experiences like racism, prejudice, inequality, or discrimination—while also recognizing your strengths and supporting your ability to grow and thrive.
