Hello! I'm Stephanie, or Steph, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada. 3 fun facts about me is that I was born and raised in California, have traveled to 25 countries, and am a barre instructor! I entered this field due to a passion of working with children and have grown to enjoy working with a variety of ages and backgrounds!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first therapy session, my goal is to provide a comfortable, safe setting in order to build rapport and explore the nature of what brought you to therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Feedback I've received from past clients are that I am very easy to build rapport with, a great listener, and am very warm, validating and adaptable to my client's needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with transitional aged adults (18-30+) who are working towards understanding and bettering themselves in order to improve their relationships, life satisfaction, and goals.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I've been using DBT to help my clients bring awareness and understanding to their feelings and behaviors in order to promote change and growth. DBT is powerful in helping gain control and therefore improve regulation of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Strength-Based

I believe all my clients have special strengths and abilities that we'll dive and lean into in order to promote growth and change. It is important to focus on our qualities that are helpful and supportive in our lives when engaging in therapy.
