Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you have journeyed with therapy prior, this first session is all about creating an emotional safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your history, strengths, challenges, and goals.
As an EMDR-Trained professional with over twenty years of providing unconditional positive healing sessions for clients, the consistent strength reflected back to me by my clients is my sincere care and compassion. Emotional safety is the core of the therapeutic relationship from our first session to our final/graduation session. Outcomes from my humanistic, strengths-based approach coupled with the powerful evidenced based structure of EMDR are over 1000 lives transformed.
