In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will begin by introducing ourselves and I’ll learn more about what you plan to achieve during our time together. We will make concrete goals and make an action plan to get you feeling better!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using CBT to treat individuals with a variety of difficulties for 9 years. This modality of treatment is straightforward, providing education and a skills to assist individuals in reducing problematic symptoms.

Motivational Interviewing

I have been using motivational interviewing for 12 years. This method is so wonderful as it works closely with the person to review areas for change and finds intrinsic motivations within the individual to make changes.
