Hi, I’m Ney. Thank you for being here. You don’t have to go it alone. Whether you're feeling stuck in relationships, overwhelmed by stress, or trying to make meaningful changes, therapy can be a powerful step forward. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, providing a space that’s safe, grounded, and focused on real growth, not just talk. With over 13 years of mental health experience in the residential, community, hospital and private practice settings, I bring a direct but compassionate approach. I won’t just nod and listen; I’ll challenge you when needed, and I’ll support you every step of the way.

My therapy style is holistic and client-centered. I blend evidence-based practices with existential principles to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for healing. I also incorporate creative modalities - I take a direct rather than passive approach -helping you build resilience and move through emotional distress.
