With the use of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities, I will gently challenge you to lean into the hard parts of life that are causing disruption. We'll get uncomfortable while inviting laughter and a sense of humor to tackle deep emotional wounds and challenges.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
